Is there a monthly subscription?
No. Clutteroo has no monthly fees. You buy scan credit packs ($2.99–$12.99), pay per cross-list ($0.49–$0.99/platform), and a 10% commission when your item sells on Clutteroo.
How do AI scan credits work?
Buy a credit pack in the app (10 for $2.99, 50 for $8.99, or 100 for $12.99). Each item you select for AI pricing uses 1 credit. Scanning and detecting items is free — credits are only used when AI processes your selected items. Credits never expire.
How does cross-listing pricing work?
$0.99 per platform for 1 platform, $0.79 each for 2-3 platforms, $0.49 each for 4-5 platforms. This is a one-time fee per listing, charged upfront.
Do I pay Clutteroo's 10% if my item sells on another platform?
No. The 10% commission only applies to sales made through the Clutteroo marketplace. Cross-listed items that sell on external platforms are subject to that platform's fees only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Scan credits are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS. Cross-listing and marketplace transactions use cards saved via Stripe.
Can I get a refund for scan credits?
Scan credits are non-refundable as they are a consumable digital good. Credits are only deducted when AI successfully processes your items. If you experience a technical issue, contact support.
